Welcome to Maryland Shortland Scout Group

Maryland Shortland Scout Group is a busy, active Scout Group catering for youth from 5 to 17 years.  We have Joey, Cub, Scout and Venturer sections available for boys and girls to join.  We pride ourselves on offering a well rounded program.  Through fun, friendship and adventure, we provide children and young people the opportunity to:

• Make new friends
• Try new things
• Learn at their own pace
• Challenge themselves
• Discover adventure  

Our purpose is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual potentials as individuals, as responsible citizens and as members of their local, national and international communities.
